Beyond
boundaries,
artists
are questioning the limits of this world.

ELEVEN of them
we expose
their work
on these flows that
give shape
and movement
of humanity.

The exhibition The World as it moves invites the public to explore the world of artists from diverse backgrounds.
Brewery welcomes eleven contemporary artists, and meet their
different worldviews.
The notion of benchmarks in this multidisciplinary exhibition is expressed through the works of these artists. It comes home, apart from symbolic break in our region, dynamic crossroads of multicultural Europe.
mobility expressed by the artists is not only geographically, it is also a way of life, create , to resist.
In transit between their home culture and those of Paris, London, New York, Berlin, New Delhi, Beirut ... the artists express the tensions of distance.
Facilities, pictures and videos presented, offering a look the world, or rather how it is decrypted.
Their works reflect various questions as themes:
Clea Coudsi & Eric Herbin

These proposals offer a vision of the steps involved artists. They represent a reality of the world about them. indices, signs, signs of adaptation, transfer, ambulation, chaotic journey, evoke the imbalance in the world. The aim is to present works that address the diverse realities, drawing attention to the complex cultural identities, and mobilize and our view of the world. In this Olympic year in London, protests are planned into our region. A series of events around the exhibition is planned with the local population. Discussions, readings, festive exchanges are organized to explore our region with the participation and support of elected officials. This project reveals the many peculiarities of our world beyond the borders. The artists question the limits of this World, and are welcomed in our region, south of the Pas de Calais.
